A possibility to easily extend warehouse capacity by new stories allows you to use free space and adapt it in order to store a variety of products. SHELF-RACKING STORAGE MEZZANINES


HI280 storied racks form a system of multi-level racks with a floor that divides the racks, constructed on two or more levels. The lower level supports the floor construction. Enforced columns are used to transfer the floor load. Multi-level system racks called mezzanines are frequently used in large warehouses of spare parts or where many slow-movers are stored.


A basis for a multi-level installation are the standard elements of Hi 280 shelf-racks. The used standard columns are properly selected in order to transfer increased load. There are two methods of constructing such an installation; you can use long columns with the floor mounted on individual levels or short columns divided with a floor board.

Individual levels are mutually communicated with the use of stairs, lifts, or a lift system.

PALLET-RACK-BASED STORAGE MEZZANINES


Passages functioning as access aisles, as an integral element of a multi-level shelf system for storing pallets or other high-weight loads, allow for picking goods with hand pallet trucks or by hand on all levels.


Such type of construction allows for building up higher warehouses (over 15-metre-high) and storing heavy, large-size loads. A multi-level racking system constructed of pallet racks is perfect for storing pallets or cardboard and other boxes as well as clothes. The construction is designed in a way to create a functional system of levels and passages facilitating goods storage and order picking. Using wooden, mesh, or metal shelves results in a greater number of levels on which the order picking of loads can be performed.
